HOW CAN I REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND WHEN CAN I EXPECT A RESPONSE?

Please email mail@alrutkovskiy.com for all inquiries regarding orders and product information. Our team is available Monday-Thursday, 11AM-7PM (GMT+2) and Friday-Saturday 12PM-6PM (GMT+2) and will respond within 24-48 business hours excluding holidays.

HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The normal processing time for orders is 24 hours during business hours (Monday - Friday). Due to increased order volume and Covid-19 Protocols, please allow additional time for processing orders.

 

After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the Ukraine is 1-3 business days, and 14-40 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.

 

AL.RUTKOVSKIY COSMETICS INC. is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the UKRAINE.

I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER, PLEASE HELP!

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, AL.RUTKOVSKIY COSMETICS INC. will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, AL.RUTKOVSKIY COSMETICS INC. reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds.

In the unlikely event that product/s arrive damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

We apologize, but we currently do not offer exchanges, all sales are final.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
